Oh, and, not only am I tired all the time, I'm cold all the time, too

Well, if you'd gain some WEIGHT ...

Sweetie, cutting a lot of rich red meat out of your diet is not necessarily a bad thing; but remember what Jesus told Peter in Acts 10 - nothing's unclean; everything in moderation.

Spinach and other leafy greens contain iron; so does molasses, so do kidney beans. The trouble with iron supplements is they tend to be constipating, so be careful!

And don't get sick, darn it!!!

Lol well then.

Thanks, I'm trying not to get sick. But being tired all the time isn't a good thing lol.

I only cut meat out for the sake of this fast, the first thing I want next Sunday for lunch is a burger with fries, followed up by some of my birthday cake I have in the freezer lol. But I know the diet I'm on right now is healthy... I'm just not adapting very well.

Molasses has iron in it? That's kinda funny. Maybe I'll start using molasses instead of honey. I haven't had any trouble with my iron supplements yet, either. Been taking them one pill a day for months.

Thanks, though... this helps lol. I'd been upset at myself for letting it catch up to me like this. So, thanks.

Do keep yourself healthy. I hate taking iron (I had to when I was pregnant with the LM). My digestive system does not like it. Glad you were able to be there for Davis.
