As anyone who knows me might have guessed, I didn't get everything I wanted done yesterday.  But I DID get through almost all my surgery pre-test, so this morning I finished the last pediatrics chapter and now I've got time to go back over and re-learn what I just found out.

Plus now I'm going to google the operations I don't understand.  Like '
