I was so happy to see an update. Thank you. Wow the insight to Miranda's past was unexpected. It is true when some are in pain they lash out with anger. Miranda is the perfect example of that. The flip side of course is intense passion. I look forward to your next updates.

Thank you! As I've been writing this story I've been kind of working with a question regarding Miranda. What if this person with this predisposition for self-protection (which often manifests as anger) were to discover that she didn't have to lash out to get her need for safety met? What would happen?

And of course, just because she may learn to channel the pain differently doesn't mean that the passion found within is going to somehow cease to exist. I do believe interesting times will be ahead (hopefully! it's scary since I don't exactly know yet what's next).

This is a wonderful story line you have going and I can't wait for more. But then you have a talent for great story lines. I am rereading It's the only life you've got right now. I do enjoy your writing very much. I look forward to more from either. Your characters are so different in each story. I don't know how you do it. Thank you for sharing.
