Caloo Callay, I got my license today!

Poop: I unaware of the fact that license provisions still apply to you if you're over 18. Another year before I can drive after 11 or with passengers

Congraturations! And isn't there some rule that you can drive people who are over 21 and have driver's licenses or something?

"...you cannot transport passengers under age 20 unless you are accompanied by your parent or guardian, a licensed driver 25 years of age or older, or a licensed or certified driving instructor."

Wait, are you sure the provision isn't just that drinking rules are different? My license still says it's provisional until 21 just because of that...

"When you become 18 years old, the "provisional" part of your license ends. "

Maybe you have a more reliable source than I do, but I couldn't find anything in there about restrictions of that sort for adults. You're not a minor anymore so I don't see why that restriction would apply to you.

Also, a celebratory haiku:

Congratulations!
Better get used to the words
"can I have a ride?"

Well, that's what I thought. But the DMV lady had so much ice in her eyes I dared not debate the finality of her placing a slightly uncentered sticker on my interim license.
