I'm going to be starting a new catering business at some point. The focus will be small parties and personal chefing. Basically I bring everything to your house and cook it for your party or I come make meals for 2 weeks and vacuumm seal it so you can come home and heat up good food not made by swanson.

I've decided on "Home Cookin'" for the name.

well hell if you get to the point where you need help I'm a pretty good cook...from 2000 to 2006 until my knees and hips gave out I worked in Kitchens...Chili's and Up the Creek...and I have my Grandmothers and Mothers Recipes...
