Just as a note to self, this is delicious, but I might bake it longer next time--the pears are still pretty crisp and the custard a little runny for my liking.

I think that's one of the reasons I bake, too [and dance, and ...]. The head stuff is good, but needs balance.

Going to a farmer's market is dangerous for me. I always want some of everything, and I can never eat it fast enough!
