Foodporn: Rum truffle (Yarr!)

"But Why is the Rum Gone?" test kitchens brings you a delicious dessert in response to a request by civi for a truffle recipe. Ours, of course, uses rum, and the end products are delicious. Good for pirates and non-pirates alike, you can eat enough of these to make yourself sick, and you won't care. This recipe makes somewhere around 80 truffles.
