If these are 'ConRate Rooms' try calling back and making a regular reservation.

I took your advice and called them back.

I was told that they're completely booked up for the period of August 31-September 4, but she was kind enough to give me phone numbers of surrounding hotels. So I'll be calling them next.

If none of them pan out, I guess I'll have to find somebody that's willing to part with a bit o' floor space.
