Wizard of Oz, Return to Oz

Today I have a bunch of Wizard of Oz icons. These are mostly book covers from the Del Ray series which was released in the 1980's I believe. They were my first set of Oz books (the first seven for Christmas when I was 8 and the next 7 for my 9th birthday) and I still have them all :) There are also a couple of Return to Oz icons and some random

I love the books too--I have most of them (all but three of the original Baum series), the editions with the Jon R. Neil illustrations.

Jon R. Neil was the definitive Oz artist, as far as I'm concerned. Dorothy will always be blonde, to me ...

hehe Emerald City of Oz was always one of my favourites in the series. My actual project of making book cover/illustration icons came from me wanting to do this Oz series lol, and now I have TONS more books to do and I've already done some fun ones. :D
