What the FUCK??!!! That wasn't fucking justice. I don't care if he served his damn time, it's time he found another job, period. And what - he wasn't made to sign up for the sex offender registry? I'm pretty sure most of them are banned from being near schools, let alone working in one. Or is this law different for Wash.? Someone really dropped the ball here.

I don't even blame those parents protesting/removing their kids or those students that refuse to attend his class. Really smart move having a creeper in school making students feel unsafe there, judge.

No, WA offenders are supposed to stay away, as well.

Is there some sort of deal going on where he wasn't required to register? I can't even figure this the fuck out.

But yeah, if I were a student, I would flat-out refuse to go. If I were a parent, my kid would sure as hell not be in there.

We had a teacher like that in our school. Rumor is it got as far as blow-jobs, but I don't know about that. He just flat-out stared at one of my classmates' breasts. Even more fun, he took one of my friends into the back hall (where no one ever went) for a "talk," touched her leg. She told the counselors about it, and they switched her out of the class. He also got fired from being cheerleading coach for suspected bad conduct. I just went to the school website, and his name is still on there, 6 or 7 years later.

Wait. Let me get this right. The guy was convicted... not just charged, but CONVICTED, and served time... for inappropriately touching young girls, but a judge ruled that the school could NOT fire him for this? Wait a sec. Is he not on the sexual predator list for some reason? Is there no probation involved? What the fucking fuck is this fuckery?

he's not.

and that's just some bullshit right there, because I KNOW there are people on there that have done far, far less. GRRRR.

Um, yeah, I know that too.

I had a friend a few years back with a boy in Junior High. The boy had a girlfriend. One day they were at the girlfriend's house when they found some photographs the girlfriend's parents had taken for each other... naked photographs.

The boy, who was in his very first relationship, decided that this must be what romantic couples did for each other, so he took some pictures of his dick and sent them to his girlfriend. She wasn't bothered, but her father found them and had the boy charged with distributing pornography to minors.

He's on the sexual predators list now. For the rest of his life.

This makes me sick as a teacher. I know so many qualified, hard working, caring (not in the bad touch way!) teachers that are struggling to find a job in this economy. And this creep is teaching to an empty classroom with parents protesting outside!
