“They’re asking for sex,” she continued. “They’re asking for sex if they’re dressed immodestly.”

First off, what is your definition of "immodest", missy? I suppose it doesn't matter, as you have no right to call someone a slut based on how they dress.

Second, of course me wearing shorts and a tank top is proof I want sex. It can't possibly be because Kansas summers are hotter than hell, and stepping outside in anything more than that is inventing a heat stroke.

In short, fuck you with something hard and sandpaper-y.

“They’re asking for sex,”

Even if that actually were the case, sex is not the same thing as rape.

The only thing they are asking for is the right to go out in public dressed however they find it fashionable and not have men rape them. Clothing =/= sexual consent. Fuck anyone who thinks otherwise.

Hmm, it seems to me a really good way to prevent rape would be for people to stop raping other people. Silly me.

But don't you know? Men are rampaging hormonal beasts who simply can't control their urges. IT'S ~EVOLUTION~ OR SOMETHING.

*sigh* fucking neckbeards.

I half-way understand the assumption that "if people are going to be bad, a psa is not going to convince them to be good." There are just so many things in our society that could be improved that impact violent crime.
