Then this bill would also attack the poor, who would most likely be the ones who receive tax credits.
Fortunately, the poor rarely get audited...they don't make enough money to draw attention.

you have to give IRS auditors proof that your abortion was justifiedYou'd have to give IRS auditors documentation IN WRITING and that was written at the time you became pregnant that your pregnancy was caused by "forcible rape" (the Rethugicans don't consider statutory rape to be rape, you see) or incest, or was life-threatening. If you don't have written documentation that you were forcibly raped, that you were a minor who was a victim of incest (because an adult couldn't possibly be forced to have sex with her father, brother or uncle, of COURSE not), or that you had a pregnancy deemed life-threatening, they see no reason for you to have an abortion ( ... )
