I'm not a fan of Dr. Phil, but I don't believe for a second that she did that just for the camera. It would have happened with or without the show asking for a tape. Sounds to me like her lawyer is just grasping at any straws he/she can to make her look at least a little bit better.

I also don't think going back to Russia is really in the best interest of those kids.

I remember watching that part of a show, and even if they asked her to do it for the show to have something on tape...what sane mother would then actually do that for a tape??
