This person is 19? Holy CRAP what a child. Should have the kid taken away and be barred from owning animals ever again.

Not necessarily equivalent, but this reminded me of a 2 year old that threw his mother's keys out the car window into traffic (what he was doing with them I have no idea in the first place) and when his mother went to retrieve said keys, she was run over and killed.

I'm paranoid about people might get the idea to throw objects/animals from open windows, either of buildings or out of stationary or moving cars.
