What's crazy is that she's not the first person who said it. She's just parroting what someone else said. I have my doubts that she even knows what it means.

You want an example of an actual modern-day blood libel, look at the Swedish tabloid that claimed Israelis were killing Palestinians to harvest their organs - without any proof. That's a blood libel. Educate yourself, Palin.
