It seems like only yesterday when Shannon asked me where I kept my compilation of smutty D/Hr fics, and jokingly asked where my 'vault' was... now here we are, two years later, and I'm getting mails from people in other fandoms, actually asking for my permission for them to coin the phrase, "Smut Vault", for their own fic listings.

Aww, thanks. I love getting recced (and clearly I have to delve further into your lists.)

I'm glad you found ASAAT steamy, I love writing smut when the story wants it. ;D

So I have written something REALLY smutty, but VERY dark, a Sirius/Bella that I am going to start posting around soon. (It's called "Of Dark and Bright" -- I'll have it around places in the next week or so.)

I'm not sure if I've commented before or not, but let me just say you so kick ass for creating the Smut Vault. Seriously.

Ok, I know this is kind of weird but I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of a fic I read a while ago. It's D/Hr during the war and they have this secret sexual relationship in hotel rooms with nasty words written on the headboard. It's mostly abstract but very well written - on ColouredGrey I think? - I'm not sure where else I could ask so if this sounds remotely familiar, let me know :) Thanks!

It was my friend Amy, from work. I "recruited" her to this ship. She absolutely adores your smut vault. I am trying to convince her to start an LJ, but she doesn't think she will have time since school starts in August.
