Outdoor fitness plan

I've been doing some thinking. We're about to leave Louisville in 5 months or so and I feel I really haven't gotten to know the outdoors while here. I love to hike, did it in Oregon and Colorado. It kept me in great shape as a teenager ( Read more... )

I highly recommend Tioga Falls. It's not terribly long or strenuous and the falls are beautiful.

You know what? I love hiking, too. Easy/Medium is basically all I've done. But a friend of mine and I want to do a picture journal of the sites and sounds out here in a nature walk.

What if you and Charlie also took out your digi cam and we posted our hikes as part of our virtual encouragement? That would be so cool!

Indiana has some great parks/trails. I like Clifty Falls in Madison, IN (maybe an hour's drive for you) and Brown County near Bloomington (maybe two).

I haven't been in a while. Gimme a call if you want some company, especially to Mammoth Caves--I don't know that I've ever been there. I may even get a big backpack and bring all my camera gear.
