I've done it again, only this time worse than ever. Ample amounts of delicious food, hours of inactivity at work, Dogfish Head 90-Minute Imperial IPA, and delightfully addicting video games have produced an amorphous blob that used to be Dave Kopchick. I've never dieted, but I would suggest using a stop watch. Then you have a little beepy thing that tells you when to stop and nothing else. So as not to get bored, you could create stations for yourself (like we did in conditioning class). One with weights, one with a jump rope, one with sit ups or pushups, one with jumping jacks, and every time the watch goes off, you switch to a different station. It's kind of fun.
The more expensive route which is also fun= wii fit. It worked for Myk when he did use it.
Once the cold weather goes away, you could go hiking. If your anywhere near these neck of the woods, I'll totally go with you. I know a lot of cool spots.

ps. the more you chew your food the better, because it does get digested better, and you actually burn calories while chewing :)

As for dieting: cutting soda is a big step, and anything with high sodium counts or corn syrup.
