I started writing today with no real intent, but afterwards, when I had completed a drabble, a second, and then a third, I felt certain they were for Isis.
Two guesses, huh? Might it have anything to do with... Daisuke?
Daisuke likes the rain. People call it 'cleansing' and the like, but his favorite descriptor is 'wet.' When Taichi hears this, he laughs, but Daisuke knows they can both be simple people, and a demonstration will work.
So he shoves Taichi out in the rain, his hands waiting only the few seconds required for Taichi's clothes to be soaked through before setting to removing them. By the time Taichi's laughter has stopped, he is the one shoving Daisuke against the wall, pressing the word 'wet' into Daisuke's mouth with his tongue, the word taking on the shining edge of worship.
*laughs* If you squint hard enough, it's not even really HP fic. ^__^ But honestly, there is a lot of good HP out there, depending on what you like. There is something out there to cater to every body's kinks and pairings. And also, I'm rather in love with the canon after book 6.
I miss you too. I'm not really sure I could get back into SGA fandom, though in all honesty, I haven't tried lately. So... if someone perhaps wanted to rec me some good old R and R, or anything else... ^__^
Yeah, I just don't need HP fanfic, for whatever reason. *g* Usually.
That's a shame - I do miss you, loads, and you're never on IM any more. *pouts* I loved writing with you and hoped to again soon. I still have the Rodney/Radek lurve (too much, for some ppl), and you can always check out pierson, too.
Hmmm, in fact, it might be about time for another ficathon...I'll have to see how it goes. Maybe one that's got a signup date right around hiatus and a nice long posting period...
I go back up to school in about three weeks... I'm hoping that, returning to the same school for a second year, I'll have a better handle on my schedule and the like. *crosses fingers* I flailed a bit last year, but it didn't end that badly.
I would love to read stories in a ficathon, but I doubt I will be able to participate. I have learned that procrastination really only works about 15% of the time, and I really dislike failing at deadlines and the such. One of my personal hells is letting others down (which might be surprising, with how often I do it. ;))
But if you need help maybe setting it up, and sorting through them? I might be able to help on the organizational end. And, of course, if you ever need a beta...
Though at the moment, I'm really not on LJ much at all (dial-up, too long to load, very frustrating.) *marks the calendar* Only three more weeks...
The icon was cute. I got it years ago from a website, goddess knows where. Second, I liked the fic, too. I won't even mention how long it took me to get it the way I wanted. *hides a few lost sentences*
I like the mood, though I was rather surprised when I started writing, because it came from seemingly nowhere. Out of curiosity, what pairing did you infer?
In my head, there wasn't actually a pairing, but Isis has something of an OTP, and so when I reread it afterwards and my brain said "this is totally for Isis," it has since then become somewhat more of a Draco/Harry in my mind than just any two men.

Second: I like your fic.
More specifically... *gropes a little* ...the mood gets me, and I'm -pretty- darn sure I inferred the pairing correctly. ^^;
