Wellll, I dunno. I really don't want to live with her, but my mom is so desperate that she has offered me $200 per month to "keep her off the street." This pisses me off becuase she never offered to pay my rent EVER, and didn't give a rat's ass if I was "on the street." On the other hand, I could really use two hundred bucks a month. I think I will make some hardass rules that will make it unenjoyable for her to live with me, as well as set the stipulation that she may only stay a month. What do you think? I consider myself a pretty good sibling and daughter.

I'm sure you're a great sibling and daughter, and that's totally bogus that she never offered you rent money and didn't give a shit about you. It's not your fault; it's their fault.
Yeah just be real strict. The two hun could indeed come in handy. Make her sign some contract saying she won't do all this stuff that might suck so maybe after the first day you can evict her according to the contract (but make sure you get to keep the money regardless).
That's a shame. I know how frustrating it can be when people close to you assume that you should let them move into your apartment without regard to whether there's room for them or not, or without trying to present the pros and cons of the arrangement, or trying to present a calm, reasonable case for it in any way. Then they think it's your fault for being resistant to the idea when, from your perspective, it's come out of nowhere.
