It's NEVER too late to get tickets! But buy them from a legit ticket place. Scalper tickets sold outside the venue might be fakes!

Definitely from July 10th - August 6th, I'm not sure how far beyond that.

I'm a about 100 miles away from London, and carless, so I'm no help.

Still, I'm going to rec Tate Modern and the Saatchi Gallery anyway, because I remember them being quite light and airy, and I suspect that London might be a bit stuffy, stinky and warm this week, given the recent weather.

Also busses > underground. (When you travel on the underground, black stuff comes out of your nostrils when you blow your nose. Good times.)
