Lol, just go here hon, the Anime Fanlistings. Look around in various categories and click on the R for Rurouni Kenshin and other letters for other animes, of course. ^-^ It's about the same all of them, read the Rules (each one's a little different, so read 'em!), Join (fill out a little form), save a code on your own server and display 'em somewhere (linking back to the site like I did with all of mine, of course)! :D
There use to be a lot more anime FLs, they were once at the main FL site, but the anime one was huge so they just give it its own site. It seems as if most anime FLs are starting all over, there're so few now... Like I think I remember one for Chou, Gren from Bebop, more items from Bebop like ships... It could also explain why many codes' links are broken, leads to a down site of something.

Damn right! ^^ Also joined the one just for Aoshi-sama, as you can see. They have a Misao FL (it's called Not a Weasel!, isn't that cute?!) but there was one of those gay 505 errors when I sent off info to join. >:P Gonna try again today. ^-^
Ack, no, it was the one for YUMI that gave me problems... Maybe I already signed up for Misao... Maybe not since I don't even have a code for her in my Photobucket... Hmm... *goes off join anyway/again?/just-in-case* XD
