so weird! i'm trying to make an independent study of portuguese but it's such a difficult language to undertake without a teacher or studying partner. especially since i'm not particularly profficient in any other language. i know a bit of french, am used to hearing spanish from my father, am able to master sounds and intonations pretty well, but still it's very difficult. how are you studying? independently as well? using any texts? let me know if you've found a particular program useful/resourceful.
