It may be the case that a hospital or school is built from organized crime money, but it certainly doesn't have to be. Instead of investing energy into coping with morally-bankrupt methods of creating social goods, we should first invest energy into devising morally-sound methods of creating and providing social goods.
The simple answer is a method that doesn't involve morally-bankrupt behavior. Basically the building of a hospital or school without the use of organized crime money.
You added absolutely no clarification to your previous answer. I asked what a morally sound means would be, and you basically supplied "a morally sound means is a morally sound means" by way of "a not-not morally sound means." Even the second part of your answer left alone would have been a better step forward, but still wanting, as there are lots of ways to build hospitals and schools without the use of organized crime money - I could raise millions of dollars from gambling houses. What if I was a very skilled marketing executive, and I engineered the making and selling of racist music that grossed billions of dollars, and thought it would be nice to build a hospital with some of the profits? Other people might actually consider those things morally acceptable, but surely not everyone
