My nephew Nate went to a lovely, tranquil preschool that my sister liked. He lasted for about a week before getting expelled for chucking a chair and shouting "god damnit!". He moved to a more active preschool and had a great time and no behavior problems. Does their typical day include lots of movement and outdoor play??

yes, but their version of movement is my son's version of standing still. ;) yeah there is outdoor play. i need to see more preschools to get a comparison. it seems the other options are largely religious and i'm atheist, so that puts a bender in the process as well. i should note those are also supported by the churches and way less expensive. everyone keeps telling me it's a great place to send a preschooler. maybe i need to be more open-minded.
