Wahhh! Darn you for leaving this at a cliff hanger! I was already on the edge of my seat, but it was just getting to the ridiculously-good part and then- nothing! So cruel to make us wait for the next amazing chapter!

Anyhow. XD I love where this is going! And I'm so proud of Luke for pushing himself this far. He's such a little trooper. ; ; <3 You sure know how to build up my excitement with these stories and then make me worry. I can only imagine what Van did to Asch's fon slots, but I sure hope he can figure it out in time to warn Luke. TT

Love this story so much! And even if the relationship between Asch and Luke isn't the most healthy one, I just adore their interactions as you write them. <333 Thank you for this, it was a wonderful surprise!

I've been watching the Abyss anime recently; you can blame the cliff hangers on both this chapter and the My Place chapter on that. XD

I'm trying to portray Luke a bit stronger a bit faster than he is in the game/anime/whatever, but he's going to be clinging to Asch a little more. I hope that makes some sense without revealing too much.
