do you have a hard time getting to sleep often? what kinds of things do you do physically and mentally before you go to bed. a lot of that has to do with how well youll sleep at night. also, a natural sleep hormone called melatonin should help. i know you said you dont want to take drugs but its not perscription medication and its not even addictive. the only thing is you cant take it every night, just maybe for a couple days in a row to help reset your clock. maybe none of this will be of any help but i figured since i just got done working at a health food co-op i might share some of what i learned. i love you brother and i hope youre doing well on your path.
