My team lost tonight and basketball is over for another year. At least for me. *deep and heavy sigh* I'm very, very disappointed even though I'm not totally shocked that they lost. They weren't 'supposed' to win the game because the other team was ranked higher. Still, I had high hopes and now I have to wait EIGHT long months before I can see ( Read more... )

I hear you. The Wisconsin Badgers went out early, just after an exciting game we thought would be the beginning of great things...

I'm not as much of a basketball fan as I am a football fan, but I do like to support my Wisconsin teams! This is the hard time of the year, when there isn't much going on for sports.

My brothers all played basketball so I learned to love it pretty early. I do follow the other sports teams in the state - Seahawks and Mariners - but it's nothing like my passion for the Zags.

Yes, that's true and my HEAD says that, but my heart doesn't always see the logic! :) I'm fine today, but those first few hours after the season ends are always though!!
