Pictures with my new camera

I got my new camera yesterday and I've been playing with it a little bit... there is a lot to learn! I've just been doing a few things. One thing I did learn that has nothing to do with the camera... you cannot pose cats! :) There are a few pictures of my yard and one of each of my three cats.

Most handsome pussy cats. :D I should post some more of our two furry loons at some point. I am most envious of how neat and in control your garden looks - ours is a disaster zone. :\

I really enjoy my cats. Strider is a fairly new addition to the household, but he fits in well. My yard looks so well because I have a 'yard boy' that I pay quite well to come and mow and trim and pull weeds, etc. I water it... but that's about it! :)

Yep, animal's are hard to pin down - I've found that very true with my pups. I think these turned out really good, the quality looks super.

And... I want your yard boy. =)

Tucker and Strider say 'hello'... Abbey can't be bothered. :) Okay, okay, she probably would but she's outside on the deck sunning herself.

I like the quality too and that's just with the basic open it up and doing the automatic stuff and there are so many other little things you can do... but I haven't learned those!

You can't have my yard boy!Actually I won't have him for much longer either. Next week is his last time before he goes off to college. He's trying to get one of his friends but we'll see what happens there... I hope he gets someone otherwise I'll probably have to call one of those yard mowing services to come and do it. I don't know any other kids that I can think of.

Owww I love your cat's. They have such sweet looks in their eyes! And I love that they are so creative and playful that they simply use the play equipment *grin*

For the most part my cats are very sweet... though Abby is moody for lack of a better word. The other two cats can be walking by and she'll just reach out and claw at them for no apparent reason! Then later she'll ignore them completely or play with them. She definitely is the 'Queen' of the cats here and keeps the two boys in line. :)

I have 4 cats plus a regular visitor.I'm sitting here with Leo as I type.

I am having fun with the camera, though I already discovered I need to get a bigger memory card for it. I think I took about 12 pictures with it this morning and it was full. Of course, I just erased some and I could take more, but I want a card that will allow me to take 40 - 50 pictures at least.

My cats are usually around in here when I'm on my computer. Tucker especially likes to sleep at my feet. They do bring me lots of joy.

It sounds very complicated. I am used to having a 36 exposure film.

My cats are always up to mischief but I love them. Queenie is on my lap now as I type
