Okay, so are you thinking Janeway as a time lord with 7 as a companion? Or Vice versa.

Does Donna the time lord run into janeway the captain?

Making the picture I was thinking Janeway as the Doctor and Seven as her Companion. But to be honest it can be vice verse. As for Donna it can be something like this.
