That sucks about not being prepared for your character to die...I wonder if that's standard and if Kyle didn't know he was the going to die or he was the murderer/rapist until he read those scripts either?

Kyle absolutely did not know he was the bad guy until he got the finale script.

I'm still surprised, however, to hear that from Michael. It's one thing (although, still silly) to keep the "big bad" to yourself, particularly when the part is played by a kid (even if the belief he can't keep quiet is erroneous), but killing off someone who has been a show staple since the pilot with no advance warning? Lame.
