I have spent today... worrying, sunbathing, readjusting my spine, writing, saying DOOOOMED in an ominous voice and discussing the DNA structure of Jenny with Kassie. It's hard work, ( Read more... )

Glad to hear the first half of your exam went ok :)

I am currently a bit stressed about the 16 that are coming up in my timetable... but hey. At least the first week is ok (RE, French Listening - ok not easy but can't exactly revise for, Maths AS C1 - first module so only need to know three topics, PE). Mildly m'emmerde-ing myself about English Lit though =/. But there's not really much I can do except keep re-reading the texts and revision guides and shiz.

Sorry, I'm venting. Ahaha. This sort of thing should go in my journal, not yours. Hehe.

*is rather jealous you have a splendiforous Wii*

Ooh, I completely forgot about your exams! Good luck with them, but knowing you, you will to fantasmagorically! But on the topic of francais, surely you don't need 'ing myself' after 'm'emmerde' as t'is reflexive?

I shan't be getting a new Nigel any time soon, so he will have to drudge on, dying or no. haha. I traded a load of my old gear in for my Wii, but still owe my parents quite a lot, so I only have Wii Sports which came with it at present. Though Alex has offered to let me borrow Zelda and Mario Galaxy, which is all pretty exciting! if you ever pop by my house (though considering our respective distances from each other, it would be at the looser end of the term 'pop'), and you are always welcome, you may have a go! =D

Good luck again! xx

Haha thanks! And I totally agree with your french correction... though I suppose I could plead the case that it was a franglaisised term due to it being slipped into everyday anglais? (I know, I'm making excuses for my error grave chez grave)

Oh wow!!! That sounds so awesome!!! I personally only possess a playstation (yes, a PS1. Retro to the max, I know), and have yet to have experienced the delights of a Wii. But, considering my obsession with guitar hero after only two plays, I expect it would rather take over my life if ever I got one. So perhaps it's a good thing I don't have one....

Ahh, but even if considered in a Franglais environment, you said "Mildly shitting myselfing myself" which is rather inexorably bizarre. xD

Playstation 1s are made of complete win! I've never had the pleasures of guitar hero, but my general guitarring skills are still in the beginner/mediocre level - if that. So I would probably get most frustrated. haha. I'm much better at hitting home runs and smashing in baseball and tennis situations, methinks.

DOOOOMED really dies lend itself to being said threateningly. And hello, by the way. You know Greek and therefore must be befriended ^^

Hoorah for making friends, via language or not! :)

It is a rather splendid thing to run around saying. Makes you feel better too, surprisingly.

Less doooooomed, so to speak. How that works I have no idea. Surely it should be the opposite way round?

My life is a paradox. I have often said this. xD
