I know this sounds cheesy... but I think "Fur Elise" by Beethoven is the greatest song ever composed.

Hands down.

Check out Glen Gould's recording of Bach's Goldberg Variations. That's a pretty intense piano piece. Not as pretty as Fur Elise, but it's cool if you like piano.
