Except he forgot about domains (we don't really use the old Kingdom system anymore, at least not for bacteria) ;)

Hehehe, do not speak to me of monerans! THEY DO NOT EXIST!
(I actually had a big freak out when I was at a science museum and they actually had that version of the tree of life up).
