Fanvid: Dawn the Vampire Slayer

It seems like forever since I posted a fanvid!  This one is Dawn the Vampire Slayer.  I made it for the I Reject Your Canon and Substitute My Own challenge at whedonland. After Buffy sacrifices herself in The Gift, Dawn is called as the next Slayer. Contains mild Spike/Dawn. The song is Extraordinary Girl by Green Day.

So good! And I just introduced a fellow researcher to the concept of fanvids because I played it while we were eating lunch.
Also, I like this song a lot, but I liked it way more when I thought the line was 'she gets up, sick of crying' rather than 'she gets so sick of crying'.

Ooh, I have international viewership! I do agree that your original line is better, somehow, more poignant.

I think it's more hopeful, like she's extraordinary because she's going to do something instead of just sitting there crying. I pretend my lyrics are correct.
