I'm sure I have some readers from back on the engine. Remember the cooking thread? I certainly do. I had also set up a blogspot to repost all the recipes before the engine closed down

As you know, I'm not a foodie at all, but if you want to take Laura's Matzoh Pizza recipe that I post ever year just before Passover, you're more than welcome to use it.

I did tell you I passed it along to my ex-bosses last year, didn't I? Their mum cooked it for the extended family and it was quite a hit, I'm told.

I've had that blog bookmarked since you made it, and I've returned multiple times to recheck a recipe that's made its way into my common dishes (Derek's stuffed chicken, everything from Speed) or to try something new (the cheesecake). I can't tell you how nice it is to have some of those available. Thank you for archiving!

I recall Speed offering up a one-two punch of spicy vodka sauce and potato gnocchi... I'm pretty sure I have that written down somewhere. I should transcribe it.

The Aurora sauce? I recall seeing it waybackwhen.

I actually found a printout of the potato gnocchi in a box and it now lives on the fridge. I should transcribe it, for the good over everyone because OMFG is that stuff good.
