That is so cute! I loved River's inner thoughts as she described the terms of woolly, only to realize that she herself was very much so like the terms. Beautifully done.

And then drunk!Simon and Kaylee! Hee! ^_^ I loved his trying to talk with her. Poor Simon....*pets him*

Good work! You nailed the characters--River's snow observations made me laugh. Also, good job with the "accents"...it didn't even occur to me till afterward that it's sort of a different dialect for you. ;) Felt totally natural here, though!
