Pittsburgh's own Persephone's Dream will be appearing at the Springdale Veterans Hall (VFW), located at 1151 Pittsburgh Street in Springdale, PA.  The doors open at 7:00 and the phone number is (724) 274-9342.  What to expect?  Lights, props, costume changes, maybe even a fairy or two.  Plus the battle of the duelling percussionists.

Someone somewhere downtown is playing "We Will Rock You" very very loudly and singly along almost as loudly; I wonder if this is athletic high-spiritedness or evidence that the proletariat is finally making their move.
