I had a really awful bladder infection when I was at uni, I couldn't eat or sleep or anything while I had it because the pain was so bad. I hope it goes away soon. You've seen a doctor to make sure it's nothing serious, right?

I had a UTI (pretty sure it didn't reach the bladder) a year or so ago, and that was bad enough to keep me off work. Adding pain to nausea cannot be fun!
