Wooooo I made it back from Paris alive! The French didn't manage to grab me and bake me into a baguette, happy! Saying that, everyone was a hell of a lot nicer then feared and remembered. Nia and I even had a French girl apologising to us for her bad English. It was 10x better then our non-existent French!

Those cakes look SO yummy. Envious! I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the con, I wish I could have came with you guys this year - not sure if the French would be able to cope with the spacking levels if many more of us came though...

They were gooood. I think another trip is in order at some point - you know, just to make sure the standards are consistently kept!

There was rather alot of spacking. Just ask Nia's camera ;_; oh the evidence!

I agree with Lindsey, they look gorgeous! I especially like the sound of a pina colada macaroon. Nice to hear of your time there and that you guys had a lot of fun :D I only wish I hadn't been so atrocious with my spending and could have gone to the Expo too. Some of the cosplays on Ni's flickr look incredible..
