This extremely funny and well-characterized Regency romantic comedy was the novel which got me hooked on Heyer, and it's still one of my favorites. I also think it's objectively one of her best

Yes, yes, yes. I still love The Grand Sophy just a tiny bit more for a heroine I could wholeheartedly project on, and there's The Heirloom Ring close in the running there for the same reason, but Freddy is probably my favorite Heyer leading man. And the scene where he knocks Jack down mostly by accident is just terrific.
...and now, of course, I have spent the last two hours re-reading it instead of working. Aie.
The Talisman Ring cracks me up. Sprig Muslin is also quite funny in a similar vein, with one romantic couple who seems to think they're in a d/i/m/e n/o/v/e/l Romance novel causing no end of trouble for a more sensible pair.
