The other night I went to the peace rally at the Federal Building. It was small but enthusiastic-- as was the Free Tibet rally across the street! There was lots of supportive honking and peace-sign flashing, especially from the city bus drivers. It was a cold night, colder than I remember any others this year. I was at our peace rally, as I have been for five and a half years. Amazing how the response has changed--many peace signs where we used to get a different finger. From the same kind of people.

Wish I was in a place that had the numbers for a Tibet rally. My own group is a religious 501c3 and so can't organize anything political.
