So I was on the phone with ridesandruns, telling her sadly how I was not going to be able to see AC/DC in concert. Thank you! Yes, I feel very lucky. AC/DC sold out so fast in Chicago, LA and San Fran that they added second nights in those cities. And I never would have known had I not clicked back on their home page. The fan club utterly failed to notify us of the additions. Bad fan club president!

Congrats on scoring a great ticket!

I've recently discovered that I love general admission floor, even for crazy stuff like Nine Inch Nails and Marilyn Manson...yet I still don't know if I'd brave GA for Metallica. I've always gotten seats for them, and I probably still would.

I am still amazed. The scalping of AC/DC tickets is insane. Just insane. The floor seats, like the one I got for $85, are selling for $3,000.00 each. And it's a paperless ticket system. You get into the arena by showing the credit card you used to buy the ticket plus a government-issued ID (so, yeah, how on earth are the scalpers managing this??) Now I'm scared I'll get to my seat and find 10 other people arguing over it because they "bought" it from scalpers.
