I just don't get why no one has suggested that as an option. As if there aren't women who decide too late that they don't want to have kids. Sadly, it happens all the time.

Agreed.
If she were truly concerned, she could have easily gotten her act together long enough for the judge to rule.

I'm about to jump on the post-partum depression bandwagon myself. She's clearly got something wrong with her.

Well, it all started after she had that second baby. So I have been asking that question for awhile, if anyone has even considered or asked her about symptoms of post-partum depression. She seemed ok with ONE baby. Then again, nobody told her to go out and get knocked up again when he was 3 months old...

But yeah - She just ain't right.
