Xbox, or Xbox 360? If it's a regular Xbox, then you can get a replacement drive for about $20. If it's a 360 then you can probably get it RMA'd by Microsoft if you bitch at them hard enough.

Nawp, online is pretty much the only option. You can find 'em on Amazon. Just don't buy the Thompson drive, that's the one that had failure issues.
