Shipping for the clearfiles to UK would be 3,45€.
Since they were used by the prvious owner, they have little scratches on the surface. Please keep that in mind!

Shipping would be 3,45€, no matter if you take just the CD or the pamphlet as well. I don't know if it's airmail though, but it's the cheapest option.

Scans I don't have (because of the ring it's complicated to scan the pamphlet), but I took some photos of my own copy. Sorry for the bad quality! If you need more, please tell me!
