MOD POST & INCENTIVES.
Hi. Apologies for the lack of a reminder post earlier this week.

Also, I bring you INCENTIVES. That's right. The community is dying a bit, and while we've got a schedule going, we need you members to help keep us alive! So, I have a bit of an plug+activity = awards concept.
ANYONE IS FREE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
*Please note that if you're waiting for a stamp, doing the following will help your stamping process move faster! Especially if you recruit/pimp for new members. New members = more new people to vote for you. :)
*Also note that these activities are not retroactive. Dur. Effective as of...now. :)
01) - VOTING: It doesn't have to all be from one mod reminder post. You can save up applications from today onwards, and once you have voted on ten, just leave a comment to this post with links to the applications in which you have voted. You can link them up as follows:

Each application you vote on will award you ONE point. (Points to be explained further on.)
02) - PIMP & PLUG: Spread the love! You can make buttons, banners, etc. to post on websites and your userinfos linking back to our community. If you can provide links to each link or plug of the community, you will receive TWO points.
03) - RECRUITMENT: Invite people you know to join. This by no means signifies that we give any O.K. to you spamming forums or other people's communities or journals. That is a big NO-NO. Just invite people you know, friends of people you know, and so forth. Each person you invite must put your username at the end of their application with a note of recruitment. Each individual you invite will award you FIVE POINTS.
04) - AFFILIATE: Ask other rating communities if they'd like to affiliate with us! (!) IMPORTANT NOTE : Please let one of the moderators know WHICH COMMUNITY you will be asking for affiliation via a comment to this post before you actually affiliate. Once that community has accepted affiliation, come back and let us know again. raburesu_rating is only interested in affiliating with fellow Loveless communities or rating/stamping communitites here on LJ. Please check our profile to see who we have affiliated already. Each new affiliate will earn you FIVE POINTS.
POINTS SHOP AND HOW IT WORKS:
*Note: all [crappy] awards will be awarded (thus...made) by me, titration. If the other moderators so choose to take part in this, I will edit this entry. XDD
- GRAPHICS AWARDS...+ 15 points = free icon of your choice. You must post information on what you would like on your icon. A link to an image would do, or details on color choices, subject matter, etc.
+ 30 points = free banner of choice. No larger than 400 by 300px in size, perfect for userinfo or friends only. Please list information on images, text, colors, subjects, etc. that you would like included in your small banner.
+ 50 points = free header of choice. No larger than 800 by 500px in size. Same regulations as above.
+ 75 points = free wallpaper of choice. You must specify a screen resolution size, as mine is most likely not the same as yours. Also specify the system you run on (Mac, Windows XP, Windows Vista, etc.) Please also include information on images, text, colors, subject, etc.
+ 125 points = free customized layout of choice. I can only code .css for the Flexible Squares style (and a little of Smooth Sailing if need be). I prefer to code for S2, but S1 is fine. You must specify images that I will use, with the same regulations as above awards, but I will choose the .css to work with that I see most fits your image.
- OTHER AWARDS...+ 15 points = free drabble of choice. Granted, these will be writings for the Loveless fandom, but if you see that I have a fandom you like listed in my userinfo, I won't mind writing for them. I'm open to writing slash, but not femmeslash. Just not my thing. Drabble will range between 100-450 words, your choice in prompting me. :)
+ 50 points = free ficlet of choice. Same regulations as for drabbles. Ficlet will range between 500-800 words. Your choice of prompt. And...no, I don't do long fanfiction. 8D/
If you think of any other ideas, I'm more than willing to hear them and add them if they're reasonable! :) Please remember that I am only human and while I want to see this community to liven up much, much more, I don't intend on this "awards system" to become my day job, kthx. Just a small thank-you for those members who give back into our lovely comm.
