:3 Omg, I loved this. Neal and Nick, making Nick more than just an alias, the Peter/Neal h/c at the end, Nick's death.... It's all so beautifully done.

A little sparse on in-the-head realizations, but that might be a YMMV thing for me, and the 'I love you' scene seemed a bit sappy, but then again, boys in love... :D
