You know, I was trying to figure out if that was a real baby or a life sized doll. The expression was rather odd, and didn't seem to change between shots...

It does; she sort of laughs, but it's only 10 seconds, so it's not really ... I don't know. I guess we'll know more once the scene comes out.

If I had to guess, I'd say a doll with a real baby's face digitally added in post.
