I'll tell you a secret - I've been working on a non-trio version (with different letter prompts), though it's been slower going as more of my ideas relate to Ed, Al, and/or Winry. But I may eventually get it done. :D Thanks so much for reading!

Sweet! (Oddly, it makes me think of hens and chicks.)

This is a lovely ending; I've enjoyed the series very much. Your hospital dialogue rings pretty true as well (at least for me; I've spent a lot of time in hospitals, as a visitor and a patient, and this sort of conversation crops up often). Poor Al, getting back on a sleep cycle!

Haha. Probably an appropriate image, come to think of it...

I've been fortunate enough not to have needed much time in hospitals, but as a small child I caught colds and such easily and often spent miserable hours in bed wishing I was elsewhere, as Al does here. Thanks for letting me know that it worked, and more thanks for reading!
